{"id":7508,"date":"2017-01-21T17:00:48","date_gmt":"2017-01-21T16:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/education.acctif.eu\/?p=7508"},"modified":"2018-01-23T16:46:35","modified_gmt":"2018-01-23T15:46:35","slug":"etude-urbaine-fresnes-2030-a-quand-des-reponses-concretes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/actifeducation.fr\/?p=7508","title":{"rendered":"Etude urbaine Fresnes 2030 : \u00e0 quand des r\u00e9ponses concr\u00e8tes ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Toujours autant de questions en suspens plus d&rsquo;un an apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude urbaine Fresnes 2030 !<\/p>\n<p>Le 5 juin 2016, ACCTIF Education envoyait au cabinet du maire une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/education.acctif.eu\/2016\/06\/12\/etude-urbaine-fresnes-2030-lavis-des-parents-deleves-doit-etre-pris-en-compte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expression de besoins<\/a>, afin de poser un certain nombre de pr\u00e9-requis en vue du r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement du groupe scolaire Roux-Pasteur-Blancs Bouleaux. Celle-ci est\u00a0rest\u00e9e sans r\u00e9ponse. Peut-\u00eatre a-t-il contribu\u00e9\u00a0\u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer les projets municipaux ? \u00a0Contrairement \u00e0 certains projets initiaux, la reconstruction du groupe scolaire n&rsquo;est plus pr\u00e9vu le long du boulevard Pasteur, mais sur son emplacement actuel, avec toutefois un espace bien plus r\u00e9duit qu&rsquo;actuellement.<\/p>\n<p>En\u00a0tant que citoyens, nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les\u00a0r\u00e9unions publiques et au\u00a0conseil de quartier Sud. Malheureusement, nombre de nos diff\u00e9rentes questions n&rsquo;ont jamais trouv\u00e9 aucune r\u00e9ponse, \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quel dimensionnement de ce groupe scolaire\u00a0?<\/strong>\u00a0En effet, il nous semble indispensable de disposer des effectifs pr\u00e9visionnels, pour anticiper le nombre de classes n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quels sont le nombre de logements et le nombre de nouveaux enfants que vous avez anticip\u00e9s,<\/strong> compte tenu des nouvelles constructions envisag\u00e9es sur le secteur\u00a0?<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00eame question sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la future \u00e9cole du Parc des Aulnes\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00eame question pour la cit\u00e9 scolaire du centre ville\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Quel avenir pour l\u2019\u00e9cole Doisneau\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En l&rsquo;\u00e9tat et sans davantage d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments concrets, il nous para\u00eet impossible de nous prononcer sur<a href=\"https:\/\/education.acctif.eu\/2017\/01\/16\/petition-futur-plu-nouvelle-carte-scolaire-quel-avenir-pour-le-groupe-scolaire-rouxpasteurblancs-bouleaux\/\"> la carte scolaire pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en novembre en Commission extra-municipale<\/a> par la municipalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ci-dessous le courrier que nous avons envoy\u00e9 ce samedi 20 janvier 2017 au cabinet du maire pour lui renouveler nos interrogations, voire nos inqui\u00e9tudes.
